This page explains how to request deletion of your Zuvi Team account and the data associated with it.

Zuvi Team is a private workforce app for employees of Zuvelio Jewels Private Limited. You can ask for an account from within the app, but no account works until a company administrator approves it.

How to request deletion

Send an email to zuveliojewelsllc@gmail.com from the email address your Zuvi Team account uses.
Use the subject line "Zuvi Team — account deletion request".
Include your full name and your employee code, so the right account can be identified.
State whether you want the whole account deleted, or only specific data.

You may also make the request in person to the HR department. We will confirm receipt and complete the request within 30 days.

What is deleted

On request, the following are erased:

Your login account and password
Your name, work email address, employee code and profile photograph
Notification tokens for every device you signed in on
Documents you uploaded yourself
Your personal notes

What is kept, and for how long

Some records cannot be erased on request, because Indian employment and tax law requires an employer to retain them. These are kept for the period the law prescribes, and then deleted:

Record	Why it is kept
Payroll records — salary slips, advances, deductions	Required by employment and tax law
Attendance, leave and overtime records	Statutory employment records
Employment documents filed by HR	Statutory employment records
Work content — tasks, comments and messages you sent to colleagues	These form part of colleagues' own work records. Your name is removed from them, so the work history stays intact without identifying you.

Nothing in either list is ever sold, shared for advertising, or used for any purpose beyond running the company's own operations.
